     Job Responsibilities:


  • Experience in Operations within the Travel Industry
  • Good knowledge of Dubai, Thailand ,Maldives and European destination
  • Previous experience to handle and support on ground services remotely
  • Confident in creating quotations and itineraries for the Dubai, European & Thailand etc.products
  • Full hands on Making and confirming hotel accommodation and transportation for Groups & FIT
  • Attend and be accountable for b2b agent’s queries and communication follow ups.
  • Experience in Agent Query Handling
  • Should be presentable and should be good in English Communication
  • Ability to speak to suppliers and attend phone calls.


     Skills Required:


  • High school diploma.
  • Offline query handling with ground service experience is a must.
  • DMC experienced is required.
  • Travel agents query handling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and excel
  • Should be flexible with working hours.
